About The Event
All the details:
The Ambassador Launch Party is where all the new and returning ambassadors gather together and celebrate the new beginnings. We will cover the goals, strategy, details, and answer questions from dancers and parents. We will learn about each other, where we come from, what we like about dance and start to build community. Each ambassador will have a welcome packet with a few items to help you learn about what we do. Once we are all acquainted we will begin capturing images of all the dancers for the team announcement and to use throughout the year.
The tickets purchased help to cover start up costs. The studio time, the snacks and drinks, the tee shirt, the mobile app for sharing portfolio, all come at a price and this ticket helps to alleviate the pressure. But the little bit spent up front will be well worth it as the program continues on. Details on the perks of the program are covered at the session.
4:00- 4:30 Arrival, snacks, set up
4:30 – Introductions, goals, strategy, & questions
5:00- 7:00 – Rotating action shots for all ambassadors
7:00-7:30 – Team group images
8:00 – Clean up and anything that needs to be addressed.
Creative team pic in Jeans and ARP Crop (provided if not purchased) also any color leggings would be good for a second group pic.
Action dance outfit (shorts/leggings & sports top with or without sleeves)
Flowy Dress outfit (one of your favorites from a recent recital/performance)
Everyone gets an ARP Tee, Other items offered to ambassadors at cost: crops are $14 ($18), Hoodies $35 ($45) & Additional Tee $14 ($20)
Hair & Makeup:
Hair can be fun down for action shots, but be ready with a hair tie for a low pony if needed. Makeup should be lightly applied as we tend to make our colors more vibrant when edited.
