2020 Tulip Sessions

Date and Time information will be updated when the farm gives an opening date. We will be offering 2 types of sessions, Private & Group. Private sessions are 2h long and focus on just your dancer. This session gives undivided attention to creating a handful of absolutely stunning, art gallery worthy, action dance images. Group sessions will be designed for up to 5 dancers to take turns in a verity of locations around the farm over a 2h period. This session is great for a group of friends to try this unique experience.

Location: This is a working farm. There is a cover charge to enter the venue that can be purchased at the gate, or ahead of time online for a slight discount. All persons attending will need to purchase their own entry ticket, which is separate from the tickets purchased here for this event. Please go to the Holland Ridge Farm website for venue tickets.

Outfits: Being on a farm, some areas are dirty, muddy, or worse. Please wear dance outfits that can get messed up without concern. Dresses can be long, but not touching the ground when standing. Sporty type outfits can be worn, but please keep in mind there are usually lots of diverse families around and we want to be respectful of other's experience at the farm. Sandals are great for walking between locations, a towel is good for wiping off dirt, a backpack with everything you need will suffice. 

Hair/Makeup: Please have these completed before arriving to venue. It may be windy so remember hair ties and clips, and keep makeup light if possible. 

Rain Dates: The farm may close for severe weather, however a light shower they will not close. Tickets are marked as non-refundable for the venue but they may honor online purchased tickets another day if they are forced to close. We are able to shoot in a light rain and will keep any sessions scheduled unless the venue closes. Any session tickets purchased will be rescheduled, and if an agreeable date is not reached, a credit to your account will be carried forward for other events/purchases. 

Please purchase sessions accordingly. We will offer a limited number of private tickets at specified times. We will offer a number of group opportunities with ticket available set to "5". If you have friends you want to shoot with, please coordinate and purchase tickets together from the same session time. There is no way to reserve single tickets to a group slot and if someone else purchases a group ticket before your friend, your friend may be excluded from that time. Of course we will try to make sure that your group is together if the other person agrees to switch times.
