Service Description

This session is for the Studio Owner who is looking to capture great images to use for marketing and online visual content. We determine a time and set up right in your own studio (or other location) and you invite your dancers. The session will focus on getting technically perfect images for the owner to display in their materials. Images can range from a single dancer to groups up to 20. Pair this type of session with a workshop and have the dancers practice a skill, then show off what they learned. The options are endless and your online media will look fresh with all the new professional dance images. Studios will receive: -The determined amount of time in this package. -Up to 100 images to use online or in promotional materials ($250 value) -Discounts on Table and Wall Art products to display in their studio. Participants will receive: - 3 free digital downloads to display on social media ($15 value) - discount code valid for 30 days on any photo product ordered online *Session Fee includes NJ Sales Tax (6.625%)

Cancellation Policy

All bookings have a minimum deposit due at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable once paid. The deposit guarantees your date and time slot for your session or event. All cancellations earlier than 48 hours prior to the selected date and time will be allowed to select another session date and time without penalty. The collected deposit will be applied to the new date. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the selected time and date will forfeit 50% of the deposit as a late cancellation fee. Upon booking a new session date and time, only 50% of the original deposit will be applied to the new session. Additional funds may be necessary to fulfill the minimum deposit requirement. Two successive late cancellations will result in forfeit of 100% of the deposit.
