By booking a session, purchasing products, or otherwise engaging with Adam Redding Photography (“ARP”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Session Fees & Payments

​

A non-refundable session fee is required to reserve your date and time.
The session fee is earned upon booking and will not be refunded for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.

​​

Session fees and product pricing will be reviewed during the In-Person Consultation.
Session fees do not include digital files or printed products unless explicitly stated in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

Clients may reschedule their session one (1) time with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

​​

Rescheduling due to documented illness or unsafe weather conditions will be accommodated when reasonably possible, at the photographer’s discretion.

Failure to provide required notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Photographer Cancellation

​

In the unlikely event Adam Redding Photography must cancel due to illness, emergency, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, all payments made will be applied to a future session or refunded at the client’s option.
Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

Copyright & Image Usage

​

All images are copyrighted and remain the sole property of Adam Redding Photography.

​​

Clients receive a non-transferable, personal-use license for purchased images only. Images may not be sold, altered, edited, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

​​

Unauthorized cropping, filters, or modifications that misrepresent the photographer’s work are prohibited.

Model Release

​

Clients grant Adam Redding Photography permission to use images for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.

​​

Clients may opt out by providing written notice prior to the session. Opt-out requests received after the session may not apply retroactively.

Turnaround Time

​

Proofs and ordering appointments will be delivered or scheduled within 2–3 weeks of the session unless otherwise discussed before or during the session.

​​

Turnaround times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

Ordering, Artwork & Delivery

​

All artwork is custom-created.

All sales are final once approved.

​​

If a product is damaged during delivery, the client must notify Adam Redding Photography within 48 hours of receipt. Upon verification, the product will be repaired or replaced at the photographer’s discretion.

Sales Tax (New Jersey)

​

In accordance with New Jersey law, applicable New Jersey Sales Tax will be collected on taxable goods and services, including but not limited to printed products, artwork, albums, and certain digital products as required by state regulations.

​​

Sales tax is calculated at the time of ordering and is the responsibility of the client.

Payment Terms

​

Payment is due at the time of ordering unless a written payment plan has been established in advance.

A signed agreement acknowledging these terms will be provided.

Limitation of Liability

​

Adam Redding Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, subject cooperation, or acts of third parties.

Governing Law & Venue

​

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of New Jersey.
